ELSA - retired
Elsa is our double registered JPAR Juliana and AMPA American Mini Pig Association sow. She demonstrates all of the standard breed attributes that a Purebred Juliana should have; she is spotted, and conformationally sound. She has the perfect snout, and has a slight frame with a straight back and all four legs move perfectly in line with one another. She is one of only two registered Juliana's in Canada with the JPAR!

CHIP
Chip joined our family Summer 2018. He was born a chipmunk so will carry this gene, however chipmunks do not keep their stripes. Regardless, we still think he will mature to carry all of the traits that we are looking for! He is the son of a wonderful sow and boar out of a sought after litter from another AMPA breeder in Canada.

HANK - the story of the "MICRO TEACUP PIG"
Hank is such a love bug, he has the sweetest personality! Hank was born January 2017 and is our friendly and very intelligent pink boy. Hank was sold to us as a "micro, tea-cup pig" by a breeder on the mainland. We were told his maximum weight would be 30 lbs. Unfortunately Hank ended up being larger than we were promised; he weighed 30 lbs by the time he was 3 months old and 67 lbs by the time he was 6 months old. We knew that he would not be a good fit for our program, so he was neutered and now and enjoys his days eating hay and hanging out with other animal friends. Hank plays a large part when we educate our adopting families on the average size of mini pigs that are being bred in BC. Unfortunately pigs end up being the victim when a breeder's goal is to sell pigs for profit rather than help realistically set their expectations before committing to becoming a pig parent. The last 4 photos are recent pictures of Hank, all others are images of him up to the age of 1.
