Welcome to Canadian Mini Pigs! We enjoy acreage living on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. We keep busy with our active kids and a varied and fun selection of miniature pets! While miniature pigs are our focus, we also share our property with some of the finest Southdown Babydoll Sheep, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Miniature Donkeys, Holland Lop Rabbits, Netherland Rabbits, bantam chickens, Shetland Ponies, and some not-so-miniature pets like our dogs, turkeys, our geese, ducks.
We are proud and excited to be one of the first handful of APMA (American Mini Pig Association) approved breeder members in Canada, and the only AMPA approved breeders in the province of British Columbia! We breed some of the smallest breed of minis available; American Mini Pigs. Note this does not mean that we advertise them as micro, teacup, or tell you that they will remain the size of a cat! We are registered with the AMPA (American Mini Pig Registry) and the purebred Juliana's are JPAR Registered (Juliana Pig Association & Registry).
We have traveled extensively and spent a lot of time meeting with other AMPA breeders in our search to align ourselves with outstanding breeders that would help us acquire excellent breeding stock. We knew that first and foremost we wanted healthy pigs, we wanted documented and recorded generations on size, well socialized pigs, and confirmation that would reflect the ideal standard. When we first started out, our search took us south of the border where we connected with other breeders, some of them drawing us in by their extensive knowledge and experience breeding and raising quality piglets. We have acquired breeding stock so that the pigs produce the finest conformation and outstanding personalities. They have shipped their piglets all over the US, and even overseas! We are thrilled to offer their lines of beautiful piggies here in Canada! We have since acquired some wonderful breeding stock from a few of our trusted Canadian breeders who have allowed us to bring in some fun patterns such as piglets that have "chipmunk" stripes, very short snouts and short legged piggies.

about our breeding program
We have built our breeding program around the AMPA American Mini Pig Association specifications for Breeder Members and Registered Breeders, as well as the guidelines required by the Juliana Mini Pig Association & Registry. We are one of four recognized breeders in Canada, and one of 18 breeders in North America (as of 2020).
WE DO:
We do spend a lot of time with our breeders and piglets, we know their personalities well and will do our best to choose the best fit for your family. A well socialized pig is a necessity.
We raise Mini Pigs as family pets. All our pigs go home spayed, neutered, micro chipped, de-wormed, vet checked, litter box trained, socialized.
We do answer all of your questions and provide as much information as you need, without hesitation!
We offer lifetime support and are available to answer any question, no matter how silly it may seem!
We have great resources for you to look at while considering your adoption of one of our mini pigs.
We do ensure that our piglets are successfully weaned before placing them in their forever homes.
We always socialize piglets to ensure a successful transition in to their new home.
We do allow on site visits once piglets are old enough, and to see parent pigs.
We do provide health records from our vet before taking your piglet home.
We do discuss realistic expectations regarding mature height of pigs.
We do spay and neuter all pigs before they go to their new homes.
We do provide accurate heights & ages on adult breeding pigs.
We do provide a contract to all new pig owners.
We do allow adoptees to visit parent pigs.
